After avoiding talks on her pregnancy, soon-to-be-mom Toni has finally opened up about being pregnant.
She and husband director Paul Soriano are expecting their first child.
Toni, who is in her second trimester, said that the baby came as a shock, as she and Paul were not planning to have a baby until about a year after they got married.
“Pero dun ko rin na-realize na kahit anong plano ng mag-asawa, nasa Diyos talaga. Kay God talaga kung kailan niya ibibigay.”(But that’s also when I realized that no matter how much a couple plans, it’s still in God’s hands. It’s up to God when he would bless you.)
According to the actress/host, unlike other women she did not experience a delay in her period — only that she felt something “weird” in her body.
Toni also said that she and Paul would learn about the baby’s sex anytime soon.
