Celebrity couple Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado have finally tied the knot!
The two, who only recently confirmed to the public their pregnancy and their engagement, just exchanged “I Do’s” in what seems to be an intimate backyard ceremony as seen in a photo circulating social media. Both of them donned stylish all-white suits while Jennylyn held a simple bouquet.
The photo was shared on Jennylyn’s verified Facebook page on Monday evening, November 15, with the caption “Forever, you & me,” but was immediately taken down. Nevertheless, it has now gone viral, with many of their fans sending congratulatory messages and expressions of joy for this new chapter in their lives.
Dennis and Jennylyn announced their engagement and pregnancy through a joint interview on GMA News show “24 Oras” and through a YouTube vlog posted on their channel, where they showed how Dennis had proposed to her at home, last October 29.
According to Jennylyn, it was during the taping of her television soap “Love. Die. Repeat.” two months ago when she discovered that something felt “different.” At that time, news got out that she had a “medical emergency” which put a temporary pause on the shooting and eventually gave rise to rumors that she was actually having a baby. Her management issued a statement assuring fans that she was “in good condition and in good health” but did not address the rumors.
This will be their first child together. They each have children with former partners.
