Himig Handog is a multimedia songwriting and music video competition hosted by ABS-CBN Music that aims to hone both OPM songwriters and performers. Today, the finalists for Himig Handog 2019 have finally been announced, and as per the buzz on social media, it looks like people are most excited to hear Daniel Padilla and Moira dela Torre interpreting ‘Mabagal’.

The hashtag #DJPHimighandog2019 has been trending all day today, and Dan Tanedo, the original composer of ‘Mabagal’, has even shared a photo on Twitter of him with both Daniel and Moira:
