What with Kris Aquino raving about her role, Kevin Kwan coming to Manila for a book signing, some proud Pinoy moments at the premiere, and the movie now finally coming to cinemas soon; the expectations are quite high for the film. Well, they’re even higher now.
As of this writing, ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes – amazing!
Let’s face it: rom-coms haven’t been looking good on the big screen lately.
Let’s hope that ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ is here to save the genre.
