Following his win against Tyron Woodley at UFC Vegas 11 on Saturday, Colby Covington said that the fight was dedicated to the military who keep them safe, unlike “woke athletes” and “spineless cowards” like LeBron James.
Covington also posted his quoted statement on Twitter and adds, “LOL at the snowflakes that believe @KingJames could even last 10 seconds with me!”

Last month, Covington challenged LeBron to quit his “multimillion-dollar jobs and soft privileged lives playing a kid’s game” to “perform the toughest job in America” and become a cop instead.

Insider reports that LeBron did not respond to any of Covington’s statements and social media posts.
Meanwhile, on the postgame interview of Lakers vs Nuggets (Game 3) yesterday, LeBron was asked about his reaction when his name was brought up in discussions of “police brutality as something that incites violence against officers.”
The NBA legend responded by saying that he has never condoned violence in his 35 years of existence. He concluded, “I do not condone violence onto anyone – police, black people, white people, anyone of color, anyone not of color, you know? Because that’s not gonna ever make this world or America more where we want it to be…”
