Chosen Ground 8 : A Night of Dance and Parkour

 

 

When In Manila, and looking for a hyped up dance event go to UP Streetdance Club’s: “Chosen Ground 8: Dominate”.

 

 

The UP Streetdance Club will be hosting its 8th installment of their annual battle, Chosen Ground this September 29, 2012 at the SM City Marikina Open Grounds. This year’s event is entitled Chosen Ground 8: Dominate. It is an open dance competition for streetdancers and battlers of Manila. It will feature individual battles in the styles of Bboy, Krump, Locking, Popping and All Styles. 

 

 

Aside from this, Chosen Ground 8: Dominate will also present dance performances from teams that represented our country in the HipHop International dance competition. Namely, dance numbers from: A-team, Legit Status, Fresh Flow and of course, UP Streetdance’s Megacrew team.  Freerunning Association and Philippine Parkour will also grace the event as they give us a demo of their flips and tricks. 

 

 

 

 

If you wanna watch all this dancing, the festivities start at 7pm, all for a small price of 200 Pesos.
