Check your terminal assignments for there might be changes soon.

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) will implement new airport terminal assignments for several airlines effective starting August 31, 2018.

Apparently, only five (5) airlines will soon be allowed to take off and land NAIA Terminal 1. This is according to media affairs division head Jess Martinez as reported on PTV 4.

These are:

For NAIA Terminal 1:

  • Thai Airways (TG)
  • Saudia Airlines (SV)
  • Japan Airlines (JL)
  • Etihad Airways (EY)
  • Philippine Airlines (PR)

For NAIA Terminal 2 (which was solely used by Philippine Airlines before):

  • Cebu Pacific Air (5J) Domestic Flights
  • Philippine Airlines (PR) Domestic Flights

The following airlines will be transferred to NAIA Terminal 3:

  • China Southern (CZ)
  • China Airlines (CI)
  • China Eastern Airlines (MU)
  • Xiamen Air (MF)
  • Oman Air (WY)
  • EVA Air (BR)
  • Kuwait Airways (KU)
  • Jetstar Airways (JQ)
  • Gulf Air (GF)
  • Korean Air (KE)
  • Asiana Airlines (OZ)
  • Qantas Airways (QF)
  • Malaysian Airlines (MAS)
  • Royal Brunei (BI)
  • Tiger Air (TR)
  • Jeju Air (7C)
  • Air Nugini (PX)
  • Air China (CA)
