Boutique events collective CC brought Formula 1 luxury to Manila with a first-of-its-kind dinner soiree and exclusive viewing party for the Hungarian Grand Prix, held at Oliver’s Coffee Bistro in San Juan.
Designed as an intimate supper soirée, the event offered guests a refined evening that reimagined the thrill of watch parties through an elevated dining experience featuring Oliver’s striking Ferrari display.

Guests were treated to an exclusively curated four-course menu, served in a warmly lit, intimate setting that encouraged conversation and camaraderie over a shared passion for Formula 1.
Adding a theatrical twist to the evening was Carlo Elopre, a master cardist and sleight-of-hand performer, whose illusions paid homage to Sonny Hayes, the fictional character in F1: The Movie, who had a penchant for card fidgeting.

Two handpicked concessionaires added flair and interactivity to the celebration as well.
- Zero Four Wheels showcased bespoke F1-themed miniatures repurposed into stylish accessories.
- Moon Eyes Photobooth captured keepsakes with custom, team-inspired photostrips.
But the highlight of the evening was definitely the presence of a cherry red Ferrari, which sat proudly on a rotating turntable the whole evening, fully bringing to life the artistry of luxury motorsports.
The event was hosted by Ryan Sison and Fran Beltran, the creative duo behind CC. Both avid F1 fans and seasoned attendees of watch parties, they envisioned an event that fused their love for the sport with their passion for creating immersive, thematic gatherings.
“We wanted to bring F1 fans a viewing party experience that was elevated, intimate, and most of all, unique. We wanted them to experience the GP in its element, and Oliver’s was the perfect place to do that with its head-turner Ferrari display and great food selection.”
With its thoughtful details, refined atmosphere, and shared enthusiasm for motorsports, the event set a new standard for F1 celebrations in the city.

In fact, this desire for connection is what inspired their org’s name. CC is a cheeky nod to the “CC” icon you see in your email inbox. In the same way one would “cc” an interesting email to reach all their friends, they aim to create the kind of events you can’t help but invite all your peers to.
Just as an email thread grows the more it’s passed on, they hope to build a community — the CC Chain — of event goers who pass their functions on through word of mouth. With every event they plan, aiming to showcase the hidden gems of the city, it’s no wonder they’ve immortalized their organization as a love letter to and from Manila.
Notably, CC recently made headlines with their maiden event, A Night At The Great Hall — a now viral Harry Potter-themed watch party held in a studio replica of Hogwarts’ Great Hall at Omniverse Museum.
