Perhaps what everyone should try here in this resto are the meat options. It’s called Butcher’s Kitchen after all. You’d be swept off your feet by the great-tasting carnivorous offerings that range from Norwegian Salmon to Premium Porterhouse Steak. In fact, this portion of the menu is composed of only the best that it can be dubbed as the United Nations of Meat: Norwegian Salmon (Php395 for 8 oz), Australian Lambchops (Php260 for 1 pc; Php470 for 2 pcs), Brazilian Pork BBQ Ribs (Php280), and American Porterhouse/Ribeye Steaks (sold by weight, usually around Php1,500).

The gourmet plating stands out in these dishes more than in any other items in the menu. Everything tastes extraordinary. It becomes even more so when you remember that you’re practically dining roadside. You think lambchops are only for the alta sosyals? Well, here in BK, you’d get two for under Php500! Also, here, premium nitrate-free steaks – the same ones you’d get in fancy steakhouses – can go as low as Php1,200! If that’s not a good deal, I don’t know what is.
