“El Padrino” – whisky, bourbon, Amaretto, sherry ,orange. One of Black Sheep’s strongest cocktails.

When in Manila, it is safe to say that there is no rest for the wicked yuppie. Today’s crop of local 20-somethings are a passionate and driven (not to mention overworked) bunch who like to play as hard as they work. If you fall under said breed, then you probably live for those especially-planned weekend nights out – the only time in your work week where you can take a proper breather, kick your heels up and relax in the most indulgent way possible. For nights when you just want to go all out and #treatyoself, we’ve found just the place to check out on your next payday spree: Black Sheep at BGC.

Apart from views that a breathtaking, Black Sheep’s playful take on cocktails is another good reason to unwind here.

We spent our night with Black Sheep’s head mixologist, Sir Cris Bayon and had the best time sampling Black Sheep’s newest collection of seasonal cocktails that bring together the refreshing goodness of tropical and citrus fruits, offset by unexpected combinations like chili, mint, honey and egg white. The result is a selection of cocktails that paint the picture of a beautifully decadent Filipino summer with tastes that are uniquely local but with a novel twist to them.
