The collaborative song, which features the Orchestra of the Filipino Youth (OFY), is a bold yet uplifting anthem that seamlessly blends pop and orchestral music. This unexpected collaboration with OFY added “a different flavor” to their already impressive discography.

“We were not surprised by their sound,” BINI revealed, sharing that they have worked with OFY during their “BINIverse” concerts in Areneta and the Philippine Arena. “Because we expected that they’re really good and they’re very professional. Maybe for this song, Oxygen was added with a different flavor and with a smile.”

“This song is a good collaboration. It’s new to people who listen to P-pop and orchestra collab,” BINI affirmed.

With this unexpected collaboration, the nation’s girl group is hopeful and optimistic that more people will learn to enjoy listening to different genres of music.

“We hope that more people will appreciate different genres of music. Not just pop, R&B, or hip-hop. Because there’s a lot. We just need to bring it to the mainstream and make it known,” BINI said.

“OXYGEN” is more than just an upbeat track; it is a powerful anthem that celebrates growth, the youth, and how OPM can make two different worlds collide in a harmonious fusion of music.

With this song, the beloved girl group wanted to impart a message with BLOOMs.

“We want to say to our Blooms, to the supporters of Coke. And to the normal people who always remember to look for their oxygen. That they shouldn’t lose hope in life. And live your life with a smile. Yes, live with a smile,” the girl group shared.

“Hindi mo kailangan mahuli. Even if you’re tired, you need to be happy,” they continued.

“OXYGEN” is BINI and Orchestra of the Filipino Youth’s buzz-worthy collaboration with Coke Studio Philippines.
