In March 2022, host and vlogger Bianca Valerio opened up about her experience of having been sexually assaulted by a man she met at a private party she had been hired to host. The incident had happened a year prior and left a lasting trauma on her until she found the strength to file legal charges against him.
Over two years later, a public arrest warrant was finally issued to catch the perpetrator.
Bianca shared the wanted poster in 12 parts on her Instagram page which exposed the man’s identity and information about his previous apprehension for drugs.
“Court issues warrant of arrest for sexual assault of Bianca S. Valerio: Gibson Arca, aka Gibby Arca, Gibby Ang, Jason Black, previously arrested for drugs and linked to controversial app Lyka,” the poster reads.
Bianca then divided her caption into each of the 12 parts, which is as follows:
“How would you define Victory? Victory is when you decide your truth is greater than your fear or your silence. Victory is when you surrender to your experience because the power is not in the pain but through it. Victory is when you begin to trust in yourself as your inner compass, where God resides, will never lead you astray. Victory is when you shift from victim to victor mentality; that life is not happening TO you, it is happening FOR you. It truly is… Victory is when you know that no algorithm can disrupt the fulfillment of God’s Plan through you, His Divine Instrument of Justice. Victory is when you finally understand what it means to step into your power — no short cuts, no “phone calls,” no connections — just you & your God-given strength.
Doesn’t everything in life become clearer when you learn to look at the bigger puzzle – I mean, picture? Victory is when you can legally name the vile sociopath who committed a crime against you: ❌GIBBY ARCA❌ ❌ GIBBY ARCA of LYKA ❌ Victory is when Gibson Arca is officially blacklisted everywhere, including the internet – because to be imprisoned isn’t only behind bars. She then urged the public to help spread the word about Arca so he may finally be caught. The promised reward for his successful arrest is PHP500,000.
