Bea Borres is keeping it real when it comes to love.
In Ivana Alawi’s recent vlog, the Kadenang Ginto actress and YouTube content creator opened up about the qualities she’s looking for in her future partner—and surprisingly, being rich or famous isn’t part of the checklist.

“’Yung matiyaga. He doesn’t have to be rich basta nakikita kong may dreams siya in life and he’s working hard to aim for it,” Bea shared. “Kasi kapag matiyaga ka, kahit anong ginagawa mo, ipupursue ka niya nang ipupursue.”
For Bea, it’s all about character over status. She said she hopes to find someone who is grounded, values-driven, and knows how to be truly romantic. This time, she also wants her future partner to take the lead.
“He’s grounded and dinadala niya ‘yung values na ‘yun eh… I want someone who’s really romantic pero gusto ko siya talaga ‘yung mauna. Hindi kasi ako ganun dati, ako yung nagbibigay sa guy before,” she revealed.
When asked when she wants to start dating again, Bea joked: “Gusto ko next year agad. Charot.”
But if there’s one non-negotiable for the young actress, it’s that she doesn’t want to date a fellow celebrity—or anyone with a huge social media following.
“Ayoko sa mga artista. If I see you have 10,000 followers, ayoko. Gusto ko naka-private—800 followers… Gusto ko low key lang,” she said with a laugh.
For now, Bea is putting love on hold to focus on the biggest blessing in her life: her first child, Victoria Hope. The actress previously shared that her only wish this Christmas is for her daughter to be born healthy and safe.

“Ang wish ko lang talaga for this year, this Christmas, is maging healthy, normal, and safe siya. Bonus na lang ‘yung pagiging maganda niya,” Bea said.
Bea’s candid revelations show she’s looking for something real, grounded, and far from the glitz of showbiz—proof that sometimes, love is best found away from the spotlight.
