Balay Indang
It’s been a while since Frank and I journeyed together and I sure missed him a whole lot! This weekend, I’m so grateful that the universe made it possible for us to go on an adventure again and I never thought that this week’s story would turn out to be very different from the usual travels we did before. Here’s our story….
Our destination for this weekend, Balay Indang has been highly recommended by our friends and readers so we decided to check it out ourselves! ย All along, I thought we’ve already discovered the best places to stay in Tagaytay. I personally have a list of my favorite hotels/inns in Tagaytay and Balay Indang is the newest addition to it!
I believe that I’m still at awe about Balay Indang‘s charm up to this day, that I couldn’t find the words to describe how inspiring this place is. So instead of just writing all the happenings that weekend, we’ve decided to focus on what you should expect and why you should make an effort to come and spend a couple of nights at Balay Indang.

Things to look forward to when in Balay Indang:
ย
FEEL AT HOME
Going to Balay Indang felt like visiting your distant grandma on a weekend. Everything about the place is super homey and traditional.

No 2 rooms are alike…
Each room at Balay Indang is uniquely decorated following a simple traditional Spanish theme. Expect big beds, wooden furniture, paintings and more. If you love vintage, they you’ll love everything about Balay Indang!
ย
Expect a lot of feasting at Balay Indang!
According to the wonderful people who took care of us during our stay, their aim is to really make each guest feel pampered and well fed. Expect a fiesta in every meal with an array of home cooked Filipino favorites! Each meal is specially planned and prepared even before you arrive that’s why they don’t really accept walk-in guests in Balay Indang. All meals (breakfast, lunch, 2 snacks and dinner) are already inclusive in their package (around P3,200/head for twin sharing)!
One thing’s for sure- YOU WILL NEVER GO HUNGRY at Balay Indang! Here’s what we indulged in during that weekend!

Hi, Mae. Balay Indang is no longer part of Tagaytay, it is located in the historic town of Indang. Kindly give credit thatโs due to my very own hometown. Thanks ๐
