The celebrity stylist, who is also the daughter of Albert Martinez with his late wife Liezl, just gave birth to her firstborn child, a girl named Adalynn Riley with her husband Roy Macam, a photographer.
Alyanna and Roy shared photos of their bundle of joy on their respective social media accounts, and the pictures are just adorable!
According to Roy and Alyanna’s social media posts, Alyanna delivered their daughter through water birth.
