Acaci: The Newest Buffet Dining Spot in the South

When In Manila was invited for the official debut of Acaci, Acacia Hotel Manila‘s newest dining spot in the South of the Metro. And I was there to cover the event with my craving for a new adventure for food loving.

 

 

 

 

Acaci is the buffet restaurant of the hotel. Located just above the lobby, the restaurant has a dedicated floor. The restaurant offers an “East meets West” theme, from which diners can have their fill of local and international dishes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Acaci is divided into stations, giving guests the opportunity to interact with the chefs who would prepare the dish, making the entire experience more personalized.

Starting July 11, 2012, the restaurant will offer its sumptuous buffet spread for Php995 nett per person for breakfast, lunch, and dinner inclusive of one round of Iced Tea or Pandan Juice.

During the Grand Launching of Acaci we were indulge first hand with the hotel’s  hospitality and generosity. For starters we had some good hors d’oeuvres and wine.  Here are some pictures we have taken.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At the Launching Party, food enthusiast and alike gathered, to witness the official  pitch in of AcaciExecutive Chef Raffy Hubilla, an industry veteran was part of the recognized people to thank for the success of the event.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

During the dinner, we were able to capture the beauty and elegance of the food being served. It is a super treat for the eyes and your palate. The taste is truly expensive. Classy. The staff are great! Kudos to the training management. You can ask any questions and their staff are knowledgeable with every details of the hotel. They are very warm and accommodating. They treated us like friends, making the ambiance cozy and homey. They are definitely an angel in disguise 🙂
