Candid Club will host its Spring Clean Stuff Swap on April 11, Saturday, at The Teahouse in Ninoy Aquino Park and Wildlife Center, bringing together women for a curated exchange event built around two things many people are looking for right now: a way to refresh what they own and a way to meet new people without forcing it.
The concept is straightforward. Guests bring 5 to 10 items they no longer use and exchange them for something new to them. Each accepted item is converted into a token, which can be used to select pieces from the swap tables. Categories include clothes, shoes, bags, books, accessories, and small lifestyle items.
Rather than a typical resale or donation setup, Stuff Swap focuses on direct exchange. Items move from one person to another, giving them a second life while keeping the experience social and interactive. It also removes the pressure to spend.
