“Created a campaign where we can FEED families in NEED during this #pandemic,” Yassi wrote on her post. “Visit www.staysafe-together.org to help.”

According to the Stay Safe Together website, the purpose of the campaign is “to spark hope & support the most vulnerable communities who got affected by the COVID-19 pandemic across the country.”

“In these trying times, let us reinvigorate the compassion in our hearts. Let us be human and stay connected with each other,” it added.

You can buy bracelets individually or in bundles, and even choose to receive a thank you letter as well as online recognition. One bracelet costs PHP 500, while a bundle of two or three costs PHP 800 and PHP 1,000 respectively. All proceeds from sales will be directly donated to youth-led volunteer organization Be The Juan PH, who will be in charge of distributing the food packages in the affected communities.

Those who wish to donate may do so through the official website.
