Boxing champ Manny Pacquaio dazzled people in another sport — basketball.
The boxer and senator finished the game in the 2019 Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) Canada Invasion with triple-double on Friday, December 27 (Saturday, December 28, Philippine time) at the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex in Calgary, Alberta.
Pacquaio, who is also the league’s founder, scored 31 points, had 11 assists and 10 rebounds. Team Pacquiao cruised past Casem Calgary, 116-99, in the Chooks-to-Go MPBL Lakan Cup exhibition match.
In September, Pacquiao scored 42 points in the MPBL Dubai All-Stars.
