Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have agreed to separate after being married for less than a year, according to a report by People.com.

Miley’s representative told People that, “Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.”
Miley and Liam met in 2009 on the set of Nicholas Sparks’ The Last Song. The pair had an on-again, off-again relationship for years before Liam proposed in 2012. The two ended their relationship a year later and got back together in 2015.
They were wed in December 2018 in an intimate ceremony in Franklin, Tennessee.
