The local Philippine band, Any Name’s Okay, presents the launch of their first music video for the brand new Filipino song, entitled “Orasan”, they just released last April 5, 2019. This also serves as the first event they’ll be organizing as a band since they started in the local music scene. Directed by Ria Red, this music video aims to capture the message of the pop ballad which talks about cherishing the times you spend with your loved ones, be it a friend, a family member, a romantic partner, or anyone important in one’s life.

Any Name’s Okay is composed of 5 members who are currently students from the University of the Philippines Diliman, where they banded together first as applicants in the organization, UP Music Circle back in August 2017. They then moved on to do their first out-of-school gig in December 2017 which signalled the start of their growth in the local scene, leading to different milestones such as winning the UP Fair Cosmos contest, and then moving on to playing in different kinds of gigs and events inside and some outside Metro Manila such as the UP Fair (2018 and 2019), Fete de la Musique 2018, Coke Studio Roadshow, and many more. They released their first two singles, “Clouds” and “Hawaiian”, in 2018, making “Orasan” their third single released on Spotify and other major music platforms.

This music video launch simultaneously counts as a small fundraiser for the band in hopes of building towards their EP which they plan to release a bit later this 2019. Happening on May 3 (Friday) at Jess and Pat’s Maginhawa, Any Name’s Okay is ready to proudly present their music video. The event will also be featuring performances from Coeli, The Ridleys, Leanne and Naara, and Munimuni.
