Seeing them move from food park to food park, it’s about time they get their very own home. The three amazing women collaborated and conceptualized this wonderful venture in the heart of Quezon City.
From every detail of the façade to each and every dish served, Pub.liq is truly a gastropub that can double as your second home. Situated at Mother Ignacia cor. Sgt. Esguerra St., this rooftop bar is made with the words “chill” and “relax” in mind. Since it is located on the 10th floor of Ignacia Place, you also get a beautiful view of the less crowded and less traffic-filled scenery of Q.C.
Upon entering the place, you will see a beautiful mural that symbolizes the empowering women behind Pub.liq and be greeted by their friendly staff and homey ambiance. Once settled in, you’ll get to choose between their fusion of Filipino, Asian, and Western dishes.
Crispy Pata (Php450)
They have a variety of food available for you and your barkada. Whether you just wanna hang out and eat or actually grab a few drinks, their Bar Chow will definitely fuel up your group for a fun night.
Steak Bites (Php290)
What stands out from their menu is the Steak Bites, a flavorful Rib Eye steak cooked to perfection and drizzled with garlic. I love how it melts in my mouth with every bite.
Nachos (Php285)
Other Bar Chow favorites at Pub.liq include their Nachos and Steak Quesadilla.
Honestly, though, if you were to ask me: I love everything from their Bar Chows selection (the perfect pulutan selection, if I must say). You can eat them with a bottle of beer or a glass of wine, but you can also eat it with a cup of rice!
T-Bone Premium Steak (Php295)
For the hungry eater who can’t be satisfied with a plate of pulutan, they have some Mains perfect for the protein-loading people out there. Their T-Bone Premium Steak is a great deal for the price of Php295. It is cooked to perfection however you want it. You can feel the juicy meat with every bite that you take and it is perfectly paired with mashed potatoes, but it’s your preference if you want some rice to go with it.
