One of the best quotes I’ve read that changed my life is “Fear comes from the lack of knowledge and a state of ignorance. The best remedy for fear is to gain knowledge,” by e might be practicing the safety protocols like staying at home to prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, I for one, have contracted the virus once despite being cautious. My greatest takeaway though from that experience is how important savings are. In a time where our health is at risk, it should be our top priority. And when prevention is not enough, the capacity to afford a cure comes next.
