When in Manila, don’t miss the 5th Bagasbas Summer Surf Festival happening on April 13 to 15, 2012 in Bagasbas Beach, Daet, Camarines Norte. It’s definitely going to be a fun-filled weekend, with lessons on surfing, various outdoor beach activities, and a summer beach party featuring Coffee Break Island.
