As the dawn broke, the agents prepared for their next challenge. Of course, before the challenge, they had to be equipped with the proper nourishment to get them through the day, though, so the agents were treated to a delectable breakfast. At exactly 10am, they were on their way to the third challenge.
The third challenge wasn’t far, but it was excruciatingly draining. Under the blazing sun, the agents were supposed to complete an obstacle course to test their mental and physical capabilities. The course started off with a quick crawl to the Jack City logo puzzle. As they sifted thru the pieces, the agents took their time in completing the puzzle. It was their Achilles’ heel.
Once they finished the logo, the balancing act was next. They had to be able to prove their ability to balance a ball with nothing but their mouths! Oh, the agony!
And to make it even trickier, they had to pass it onto their team mate!
Then, they had to aim at a paper target and bore a hole thru it with their incredibly fatal weapons.
After that, they had to find an item before proceeding to the last course, which involved digging!
Once they found it, they had to jump alongside each other in a sack to prove their physical endurance and ability to work in teams.
Following the third challenge was a taste of CrossFit. However, before they got to the Legacy Gym, the group had to hike for 5 minutes to pump up their energy. Upon arrival, they were given a series of trainings to do. The first one was the ladder steps; the second one was climbing; next was to lift and move a heavy rope 10 times and finally, to quickly finish 20 steps on the side of the ring- all in one run. It really gets your heart pumping and your blood rushing. And to think that it wasn’t even half of what CrossFit really is about.
Despite the apparent exhaustion, everyone prepared for their final challenge: camouflaging as a mermaid. This time, our coaches, Tara and Normin, focused on making sure that all agents are well-equipped with the proper gear and body suit. To be able to camouflage as a mermaid, everyone had to choose their own tail and make sure that it fit perfectly.
The last challenge was more of a relaxation phase for everyone, though, and as they moved gracefully like a mermaid while watching the sunset, they knew that it was the beginning of the end of an unforgettable adventure in Boracay – an adventure that would stay with them for life.
