Hailed to be the most important shrine in Kyoto, a trip wouldn’t be complete without seeing this famous spot.
That being said, this is where most tourists flock to anytime of the day and from all over the world. The crowd is tremendous – from the path going to the entrance of the shrine to inside the shrine itself. This is basically a very touristy place.
