PARADIGM is an event organized by Alpha Productions, HRM students of University of Santo Tomas. It aims to promote unification in a culturally diverse workplace, to raise cultural awareness and learn the importance of it, to guide students on how to handle these cultural differences, and also to introduce the future Tourism and Hospitality professionals in ASEAN Integration- protocols, standards, and effects.

PARADIGM will be focusing on the ASEAN Integration happening in 2015. Through this, citizens of the 10 ASEAN countries will be standardizing its principles and model, enabling its citizens to work inter-continental within member countries. With this backdrop, it is PARADIGM’s objective to equip the future and current hospitality professionals with knowledge about what the Grand Integration truly means. For this, there will be speakers invited to orient people of the standardization.
