Fried Chicken 1 kilo Thigh part 1 tsp refine salt 1/4 tsp pepper pinch thyme , sage , oregano Italian herbs , paprika 3 tbsp rice flour 3 tbsp cornstarch Mix all the salt, pepper and herb then, add to the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes . Combine rice flour and cornstarch. Dip the marinate chicken to the flour mixture , then fried. Deep fry for 8 minutes. 180 C For the gravy 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour 500 ml water 1 tsp knorr seasoning 1/2 knorr or 1 whole cubes 1 tbsp all purpose cream pepper Melt the butter, add the flour stir very well. add water then knorr cubes stir very well then add knor seasoning and All purpose cream. Sinigang na Ulo ng Salmon at Tanigue sa Miso for #lunch • Happy Tuesday mga beshies! Walang pasok…so alam na kung ano ang ulam! ? Fish naman for today pero sinigang pa rin! Mapapapikit ka sa asim nito. Ganyan kasi ang gustong luto ng mga bagets ko. Cyempre, may spicy sawsawan! Lagot! Kain po tayo! ?? • SINIGANG SA MISO ——–‐————‐——— * 1 kilo fish of choice (tanigue, bangus, salmon, talakitok, etc.) * 3 to 4 cloves garlic – minced * 1 large onion – chopped * 2 inch ginger – chopped * 3 to 4 pcs tomatoes – chopped * 1/4 cup miso paste * 2 to 3 cups water * 2 tbsp patis * oil * 1 big sachet sinigang sa sampalok mix * okra * labanos * mustasa * siling pang-sigang Procedure: Heat oil. Saute ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant. Add tomatoes and patis. Saute and cook until tomatoes are mushy. Add miso paste. Mix well. Add water and sinigang mix. Let boil. Once boiling add your labanos, sili and okra. When veggies are halfway cooked, add fish. Continue simmering until fish and veggies are cooked. Season to taste.
