The Higantes Grand Parade: A Sneak Peek at the Gigantic Celebration of Angono’s Town Fiesta
Last November 16, one of the highlights of the 2014 Higantes Festival took to the streets. An army of higantes paraded all across town, giving much hype to both locals and tourists.

The Higantes Grand Parade included not only the higantes, but also marching bands from different schools and baranggays in Angono.

The Higantes Grand Parade also featured a street dancing competition, with participants donning colorful costumes. Most of the street dancers stuck to the parehadora theme, wielding boat paddles to signify Angono’s history as a fishing village.
