Girl thought mystery box is for cancer charity: You won’t believe what happens after she drops P600

 

On a quiet day at Alabang Town Center mall, there was a transparent box that sat in the middle of the mall. Next to it, was a sign that said “Drop P600” together with an arrow that pointed towards the transparent box. 

For most of the day, people ignored this sign as it seemed like an unfinished mall booth that would promise no more than having P600 less in your wallet. 

We didn’t think much of it at first… but then a crowd started to get curious and began to gather around it. 

Finally, late in the afternoon, there was a brave soul who went up and dropped P600 in the box, what happened next was nothing short of awesome!  

After dropping P600 in the box, amazingness happened! 

But what’s amazing about this story is not the shopping promo, which I will tell you more about later. What was really cool was the story we heard after: 

Apparently, the girl who dropped the P600 had an accomplice. Her boyfriend saw the box and assumed that it was for cancer donations. Story we heard was that his family had not long ago experienced a cancer related unfortunate event (unverified but we were told his dad had passed from cancer). So without hesitation, he gave his girlfriend the P600 to donate into the box, not expecting anything in return.

This is where this shopping promo had gone RIGHT! 

The girl thought she was just donating, but her P600 drop-in gave her awesome rewards and bigger rewards. She ended up with a beautiful surprise. 

A wave of people came out with loads of gifts and gadgets for the lucky girl! She got, what seemed like an iPad, a phone, concert tickets, and lots of other goodies. We think she got a good P100,000.00 worth of stuff,for the P600 she risked! People were saying she got speakers and a laptop too, as well as tickets to a big concert, which we’re assuming is for the Taylor Swift concert coming soon. 

Either way, it’s nice when cool things like this happen and good people are rewarded. 

So cheers to that couple who was donating P600 for a good cause!
