One of our favorite voices in One Direction is Zayn Malik’s, who has sultry and seductive chops that can make anyone swoon. Now that he’s embarked on his solo career, fans can appreciate his distinct voice more. What happens if he collaborates with Sia, one of the industry’s most prolific songwriters and unique voices? Magic.
Sia will join Malik’s “Dusk Till Dawn,” which will be released on September 7. There’s not much that we know about the upcoming single, except that Jemima Kirke (Jessa from Girls) will appear in a music video directed by Marc Webb.

Malik shared a promo poster on Twitter and we can’t wait for it!
In January 2016, One Direction announced that they will be taking a hiatus to focus on individual projects. Niall Horan released a single in 2016, while Liam Payne began producing music. Louis Tomlinson continued writing songs and managing a still unnamed girl group, while Malik released an R&B album. Rumors of a breakup have swirled, but the band has insisted that they will return as a band.
Malik has been busy post-Direction, launching his first solo album Mind of Mine in March 2016. Its singles “Pillowtalk” and “Mind of Mine” were both well-received by fans and critics. By the end of the year, he recorded “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” with Taylor Swift for the soundtrack of Fifty Shades Darker.
This March, Malik debuted “Still Got Time,” the first single from his still unnamed second album. “Dusk Till Dawn” will be the second single.
