Yasmien Kurdi is back to school! On social media, the actress happily announced that she enrolled in the Pastry and Bakery Arts Program at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts Philippines.
“ATM BACK TO SCHOOL. Ipagluto niyo na ako ng kahit na ano kaya ko pero hirap talaga ako sa #baking at pag gawa ng #pastries [You can ask me to cook anything but I’m really having a hard time in baking and making pastries],” [sic] she wrote.
She shared photos of herself in her uniform, touching her baby bump. Kurdi also revealed that she had been planning to attend a baking class, but she was always busy with shootings.

“Kaya kinuha ko na itong chance na ito na makapag-aral while pregnant with my #BabyDragon [That’s why I took this chance to learn while pregnant with my Baby Dragon],” [sic] she added.
In another post, she shared a video of her making tarts and quiches. She expressed her excitement over cake lessons, hoping she would be able to make her own cake as her birthday nears.

Kurdi has been married to Rey Soldevilla since 2012. They welcomed their firstborn, Ayesha, in November of the same year.
In November 2023, she announced that she’s pregnant with baby number two.
