March is Women’s Month and brands are celebrating in their own ways left and right. One of the videos that really made me sit up and watch, though, is this video by The SM Store. In their caption, SM says that they are kicking off Women’s Month by celebrating Every Woman. No stereotypes, only ALL TYPES. “Anyone can be who they want to be; the first step is to dress the part,” they add.
And their video rings true. In it, they definitely do celebrate all types of women that can be found in the world today. So many people and brands celebrate the beauty of women, but this is the first time that I have seen a brand do so in all of its realness and how it should be celebrated.
The comments section is filled with nothing but praise, as well. Christine Loy, for example, says, “Cheers to SM! Beautiful ad concept, creatively done, and speaks of the “truths” today!” Check out the video here and see for yourself:
