The Office of the Vice President has announced plans to open another free dormitory facility for those at the frontlines of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
This will be the second free dorm that the OVP has set up for doctors, nurses, and other frontliners.
“Bilang tugon sa pangangailangan ng ating mga frontliners, magbubukas po tayo ng pangalawang dormitory para sa kanila,” Vice President Leni Robredo’s Facebook post reads.

According to the post, the dormitory would not be possible without the help of UP Law Class 1990-A, Rotary Club of San Juan Del Monte, Spouses of Rotary Club of San Juan North, and other Angat Buhay partners.
However, with the limited space of the dormitory occupation will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Interested individuals may send a message via ovpfreedormservice@gmail.com or 0998 591 7408. The dormitory is open to health workers, medical practitioners, and others such as security guards and those servicing the frontline.
The OVP previously opened its first dorm for frontliners in Cubao.
