Vien Iligan surprised netizens with her new look after undergoing rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. The content creator shared her journey in achieving this transformation on her recent vlog.
She revealed that her husband, Junnie Boy, whose real name is Marlon Velasquez Jr., gave her permission on February 14, 2022, to undergo rhinoplasty as a Valentine’s Day gift.

Vien showed her preparation a day before the surgery, “Naka-fasting na po ako ngayon, so excited na ko para bukas. Hindi talaga ako kinakabahan. Sa ngayon ha pero baka bukas kabahan na ko.”
On the day of surgery, February 9, the 27-year-old said she was nervous as well as Junnie Boy but remained optimistic for a successful procedure. Vien filmed herself six days after the surgery with bandages on her nose and chin. She revealed that she also underwent chin augmentation.
“Medyo maga pa, makikita niyo naman may mga pasa-pasa pa ko dito.”

The content creator even shared post-surgery photos of herself from day one to five. Then, two weeks after the surgery, she proudly flaunted her new look.
“Yes, this is me with my new nose!” she beamed. “Two weeks pa lang, so don’t expect. Hindi pa ko masyadong nag-eexpect nang bonggang-bonggang ganda pero gusto ko na siya lumiit kasi ngayon talaga, ang tango-tangos ko.”

Vien expressed that she was very happy about her decision, “26 years akong pango, so ngayong 27 years old ako, dun lang ako naglakas loob magparetoke talaga.”
“Masaya ako sa desisyon ko. Isa to sa pinakagusto kong desisyon, pinakamagandang desisyon ko sa buhay, so wala akong pagsisisihan dito kasi gusto ko talaga,” she added.
She encouraged those who want to undergo rhinoplasty to go for it but reminded them to be cautious when choosing a doctor.
“Sa mga magpaparhinoplasty, kailangan physically, financially, and mentally prepared ka kasi kailangan mo yun.”
