These DLSU students are raising funds and donations for pedicab drivers who’ve lost their jobs

Times are hard and it’s easy to see what with people losing their livelihoods left and right. It’s difficult nowadays and we can only hope that COVID-19 goes away sooner rather than later so that people can get back on their feet and hopefully recover from the difficulty the pandemic brought on. On the bright side, many people have made it their mission to help out in any way they can–and these students from DLSU are doing just that.

They put together Para sa Pumapasada, an organization that’s raising funds for pedicab drivers who have lost their livelihoods because of the pandemic. Through a fitness class series, as well as direct cash and kind donations, they plan to raise money for these drivers in order to help them get by the pandemic. They’ve partnered with Wheyl Nutrition Co., Pump Activewear, and Werk It Peach for their cause. Bravo! Here are the details:
