The Smash Sausage (Php 225) is like a sloppy Joe but really fun to eat.
The baby back ribs. Half slab (Php 320) and Full slab (Php 585) is must-try when you go to TEDs. All meat served meet USDA standards so you know you’ll be getting good quality meat here.

Chef Day’s grandmother started with the baking and passed on the delicious recipes and talent for cooking.
There’s a vintage mixer right there. All the stuff at Ted’s was easy to put together since a lot of the family’s heritage was already at hand.
Creating good food must also run in the family with Chef Day’s sister, Gel taking on the baking side of the business with a talent that naturally came out.
TED’s specialty cakes include Tiramisu (Php 700 whole cake).
Brazo De Aurora (Php 800 whole cake) named after their grandmother. They also have a chocolate version, Brazo De Fernando (named after their grandfather).
And my favorite of the sweets was the Choco Bomb (Php 700). I loved it because it wasn’t overly sweet.
That was a filling feast both to the eyes and tastebuds.
Chefs Mon and Day also authored two bestseller cookbooks- The Malunggay Book Easy-to-do-Recipes and Make Good Money with Malunggay, both are country winners in 2014 Gourmand World Cookbooks Awards under Best Chef and Cookbook category. Check it out too.
