One of the highlights of Ground Zero was the expert stages facilitated by veterans from notable companies. Jacqueline Lim, Country Head of Nas Academy Philippines, talked about the future of decentralized education—and how to shape it. KMC Solutions also took the stage, with its COO Tracy Ignacio, VP for Marketing and Strategic Partnerships Gian Reyes, and VP for KMC Teams Acey Landas sharing the secrets to better talent retention. They were joined by Workbean’s CEO and co-founder, Kass Monzon.

One of the world’s largest home furnishing companies, Ikea, also took the stage at Ground Zero. Georg Platzer, Ikano Philippines’ Director and Ikea Southeast Asia’s Marketing Development Manager, revealed what it was like opening Ikea’s biggest store in the world in the Philippines, and how they successfully pulled it off.

Ground Zero also featured learning sessions and fireside chats where professionals heard from companies like Sun Life Khaya, Ideaspace Foundation, and winners of the Workbean Employer Brand Awards 2021: Kumu, Lalamove, Singlife Philippines, Veremark, and Intellect.

Wrapping up the stages at Ground Zero was none other than Workbean’s own CEO and co-founder, Kass Monzon, who emphasized the importance of feeling belongingness in the workplace. This has always been at the core of Workbean’s mission: To help professionals work where they belong. The conference ended with a metaverse after-party for Ground Zero’s partner companies and friends.
