Pinay Teen’s Amazing Performances, Aiming a Spot on X Factor Australia Grand Finals
Marlisa Punzalan is a Filipina teenager who has been creating a big buzz on “The X Factor Australia.” Just recently, the 15-year old Pinay rendered two amazing performances, fighting for a spot to enter the singing contest’s grand finals.
The first song was a rendition of Alicia Keys’ “Girl on Fire.”

Her second song was “Impossible”, a song originally sang by “The X Factor UK” winner James Arthur.

Though there were several constructive criticisms on her performances, overall, the judges seemed to be amazed of what she can do. One of the judges, Redfoo, even said, “For a 15-year-old, what you’re doing up there is impossible. I could tell you that. That was spectacular. You looked great.”
Both songs that she performed were chosen by her mentor, Ronan Keating.
The ones who will make the cut to the grand finals will be announced on Monday.
