The 2015 Miss Universe was already seen at the 77th Cannes Film Festival red carpet donning different looks throughout the festival, but as netizens have commented on social media, this bespoke light blue liquid satin gown makes her look like the queen she is (like Disney’s Elsa and Cinderella!).
