This would be capped off by Bigayan at Bukasan, an open feast to symbolically give back to the students’ recognition and trust in the organization’s principles and actions.

An extemporaneous speech contest, also named Talak at Mulat would also be held, but would start a week before for screenings, and would simultaneously take place with Padunungan for the final round of the competition.
Founded in 1954 by a group of scholars from UP Diliman as an alternative organization against elitist and myopic ideals of organizations and physical and mental tyranny after the death of a grandson of Justice Albert, the Kapatirang Plebeians have spread throughout the country, spreading the ideals and principles of liberty and reason and has spilled onto fighting for the rights of the Filipino.
