The National University – Fairview School of Business and Accountancy proudly announces its inaugural fundraising event, “Paws & Purpose: Every Walk Counts,” happening on November 9, 2025, at Neopolitan Business Park in Fairview, Quezon City. This initiative aims to rally the community around a noble cause—supporting House of Strays, a dedicated local animal shelter committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming stray animals.
As part of the university’s commitment to fostering social responsibility and community engagement, the event will gather approximately 250 participants—including students, families, alumni, faculty, and staff—for a meaningful walkathon alongside their beloved pets. The event promises an inspiring day of activity, compassion, and community spirit, emphasizing that every step taken can make a difference in the lives of vulnerable animals.
A Walk for a Cause
Paws & Purpose is more than just a walkathon—it’s a celebration of compassion, wellness, and unity. Participants will enjoy a lively walk through Neopolitan Business Park, accompanied by their furry friends, as they demonstrate support for animal welfare. The walk aims to raise awareness about responsible pet ownership and the vital role that shelters like House of Strays play in the community.
