Pastor’s Gastropub: Paella

What is Spanish fare without paella? Pastor’s Gastropub has a variety of paella types using Arborio and bomba rice form Spain.

Paella Negra

Highly recommended. A thin layer of Spanish rice baked in squid ink and topped with fresh crabs, squid, prawns and clams. The rice nearest to the baking dish has the best texture and adds a savory crunch to each spoonful.

Braised oxtail that is slow cooked for 4 hours then served in its juices along with marble potatoes, carrots and lima beans.

Pastor’s Gastropub: Bar

More than the delectable Spanish menu, Pastor’s Gastropub lives up to its gastropub title with a selection of imported beers and liquor.

Cocktails

Pastors Gastropub9

Margarita (Tequila + fresh lemon juice)

The classic margarita done right. Get it chilled or frozen.

Amaretto Sour (Amaretto liqueur + fresh lemon juice + simple syrup)

Tangy and refreshing but very sneaky.

Pastors Gastropub5

Liquid Gummy (Gin + grenadine + fresh lemon juice + mason jar)

Sweet and light, but also very traidor.

Pastors Gastropub6

Old Fashioned (Scotch whiskey + fresh lemon juice + lime juice + cherry)

Nothing old about this drink. Tangy with a hint of sweetness, the whiskey is felt after a few sips.

Pastors Gastropub7

Brandy Alexander (Brandy + crème de cacao + whipping cream + nutmeg)

Creamy and velvety, the brandy leaves a sharp aftertaste. Not for the weak.

Pastors Gastropub8

 Carnival (Vodka + Bailey’s + Kahlua + Nutmeg)

Bailey’s and Kahlua are always a happy marriage. The vodka adds a smooth kick to the overall equation.
