The live-action adaptation of One Piece is gearing up for its second season, and a new teaser offers a first look at the challenges awaiting Luffy and the Straw Hats.

In the clip, a mysterious woman with pigtails warns Luffy (Iñaki Godoy), “You will never find the One Piece,” before striking. The scene hints at the arrival of a group of assassins called Baroque Works, putting Luffy, Nami (Emily Rudd), Roronoa Zoro (Mackenyu), Sanji (Taz Skylar), and Usopp (Jacob Romero) to the test.
Among the antagonists is Miss All-Sunday (Lera Abova), who reminds Luffy, “You might think you’re unstoppable, but your friends aren’t made of rubber.” Other new cast members include Miss Wednesday (Charithra Chandran), Mr. 3 (David Dastmalchian), Mr. 5 (Camrus Johnson), Miss Valentine (Jazzara Jaslyn), Mr. 9 (Daniel Lasker), and Miss Goldenweek (Sophia Anne Caruso).
Season 2 premieres on March 10, 2026, and promises “fiercer adversaries and the most perilous quests yet,” according to the official synopsis. The Straw Hats will navigate the Grand Line, a stretch of sea known for its unpredictable dangers and unusual islands, all while searching for the world’s greatest treasure.
Not all new additions are foes. Fans will also meet Tony Tony Chopper (voiced by Mikaela Hoover), a blue-nosed reindeer-boy hybrid. Known for his ability to cure any disease, Chopper’s live-action counterpart features facial capture work that brings out both his tough exterior and softer, affectionate side. Series creator Eiichiro Oda highlighted the effort behind Chopper’s design, noting the careful attention to his form, expressions, and movements.
Season 2 of One Piece: Into the Grand Line looks to expand the story’s world while introducing a mix of formidable enemies and familiar fan-favorite characters.
