In time with the celebration of Caloocan Week, Mr. and Ms. University of the East-Caloocan 2017: Renaissance Empire is set to hold the preliminary round on February 13, Monday, at UE open field, and the coronation night on Wednesday, February 15, at the Lucio Tan building auditorium.
MMUE is an annual intra-school pageant where aspiring UE-Caloocan students from the colleges of Business Administration, Arts and Sciences, Engineering and Fine Arts compete for the prestigious title. The pageantry is part of the week-long celebration of Caloocan Week that marks the year when Caloocan campus has been put up.
In preparation for the coronation night, the MMUE 2017 candidates will participate in a campus paradeon February 13, starting 9 AM onwards.
Continuing on the afternoon, the press conference will begin at 4 PM at UE-Caloocan open field, followed by talent night at 5 PM.
Coronation Night on February 15 will start its open house at 3 PM onwards. Performances from the campus’s esteemed dance squad Armada and theatrical group UE Drama Company will add to the entertainment of the event.
