Viral on Twitter, #MNL50ShadesOfGrey is the hashtag used by many that contains sensual lines that are embedded with a dash of Pinoy humor that reflects the life in Manila.

BBC reported that it was Ana Tan Santos (@MrsUnlawyer) who started the #MNL50ShadesOfGrey hashtag, which was inspired from the Singapore hashtag #SG50ShadesOfGrey of her friend Alf Pang.
