The Ateneo Management Information Systems Association (MISA) is proud to present Tambay Week 2020: MISA HQ. The event will be held on January 11 to 15, 2021, and its theme is based off of the popular online indie game Among Us, because it has served as an avenue for new and old MISA members to get to know one another amidst the lockdown. As the theme implies, Tambay Week is a community event that aims to promote interaction and bonding between the members of the organization. The event will serve as an opportunity for the students to try out new activities in an online environment, which is meant to help them transition into using online platforms in order to create a sense of community as well as break barriers between the different batches.
Throughout the week, programs and events will be held online for all members of the organization to join. There will be fun-filled experiences such as community games, game lobbies, daily “Crewmate Tasks,” game livestreams, Valorant tournaments, and movie nights. Gaming livestreams and tournaments can be watched on the official Ateneo MISA Facebook page.
Starting January 12, 2021 at 3:00 PM, Tambay Week will also hold an eSports competition for a cause. MISA stands in solidarity with our COVID-19 frontliners and will be donating the proceeds from the Valorant tournament to aid them. This event aims to promote a healthy competitive environment for the members, as well as give back to the unsung heroes during this pandemic.
