Sparkle GMA Artist Center proudly reveals the Top 20 finalists of the first-ever Campus Cutie search. These charming and handsome male students, ages 16 to 22, are all vying for the coveted title of ultimate campus heartthrob.

The boys will be trained and mentored for a whole month, honing their skills in acting, singing, dancing, and communication. This will all lead to an exciting final showdown this June, where the winners will be offered a management contract with Sparkle and developed into the next Kapuso Leading Man.
Now it’s time to meet the 20 cuties who made the cut—each one handpicked from campuses all over the country. With their unique charm points, talents, and stories, we dare you to choose just one to root for… but we won’t blame you if you end up falling for all of them!
1. Neathan Tan – Smiling Chinto of Cebu
Known as the “Smiling Chinto of Cebu,” Neathan Tan is an angelic, heartwarming presence on campus. With twinkling eyes and cheeks that puff up when he smiles, Tan is utterly lovable, the kind of boy you’d just want to hold hands with all day. His soft-spoken, slightly accented voice—fluent in English, Cebuano, and Tagalog—adds to his incredibly cute and approachable vibe.
2. Russco Jarviña – Digi-Boy ng Manila
Dubbed the “Digi-Boy ng Manila,” Russco’s got that built-in rizz. With his swag and quick wit, he’s got the vibe of that popular guy in school—super cool, easy to talk to, and the type who lights up any room he walks into.
3. Winston Stolk – Dutch Charmer and Future Pilot ng Pasay
Known as the “Dutch Charmer and Future Pilot ng Pasay,” Winston is the perfect mix of striking good looks and cool, easygoing energy. Half-Dutch and half-Pinoy, he’s the type of guy who turns heads at first glance, but keeps you drawn in with his down-to-earth vibe.
4. Kady Costales – Heart Racer ng Batasan

6. Ralph Miaco – Charming Model Athlete ng Caloocan
Ralph, the “Charming Model Athlete ng Caloocan,” is a tall, athletic type with model looks and a chill personality. 7. Brandon Dela Cruz – Balikbayan Baller of Caloocan
Brandon Dela Cruz, known by the moniker “Balikbayan Baller of Caloocan,” is that one super popular student athlete—hard to miss in a crowd and even more swoon-worthy up close. Though this Filipino-Canadian might look intimidating, the moment he speaks in that deep, soft voice, you’ll realize he’s actually the sweetest guy in the room.
8. David Bunagan – Dance Floor Cutie of Makati
“Dance Floor Cutie of Makati” David Bunagan immediately captivates with his expressive eyes framed by thick eyebrows, sharp jawline, and charming dimples. 12. JD Gutierrez – Cutie Dreamer of Clark
Dignified and well-spoken, with his elegant features set in a serious expression, JD Gutierrez, the “Cutie Dreamer of Clark,” is the boy you’d find lost in a book or presenting his ideas with calm conviction in class. He doesn’t smile often, but when he does, it feels like a reward—warm, real, and as comforting as sunshine after a cloudy day.
13. Mad Ramos – Spike Prince of the South
With his lean yet strong physique, chiseled features, and nonchalant demeanor, Mad Ramos is like a tranquil storm—composed but powerful. Called the “Spike Prince of the South,” this volleyball heartthrob has a presence that stands out both on and off the court. Akira Kurata, known as the “Japinoy Balladeer ng Cavite,” has the looks and charm of a J-pop idol—doe eyes you could get lost in, a warm smile, and floppy hair you’d want to ruffle. His mellow voice was made for ballads, wrapping listeners in coziness with every note.
