30 Iconic Years Of Marie France

A glamorous affair happened last September 22 with the theme “Iconic Figure,” as Marie France celebrated its 30 years at the Nobu Garden Patio as the leading, enduring, and trusted name for slimming and non-invasive weight-loss in the country.

Present guests were all Marie France endorsers and Facial Care Centre beauties, welcomed by Marie France’s President George Siy and his wife Mimi Siy, Jackie Siy-Share, Peter Prestige, Robin Horsman, and Angeline Siy-Fiechter. All the guests donned the night’s colors, which were glam white, bold black, and luxe gold, making the affair look picture-perfect from any angle.

The night’s hosts, Marie France ambassadors’ Sam Oh and Issa Litton, welcomed the guests by proposing sake shots to officially start the party. As the six-course dinner was served, guests were serenaded by a string quartet. During dinner, a special video was shown on the LED screens placed around the venue, presenting a collection of inspiring slimming journeys of Marie France’s endorsers and clients. It was the perfect tribute to Marie France’s 30 years of weight-loss that works.

An exclusive sneak peak of a behind the scene video was also presented that night, that highlighted the beautiful partnership between Marie France and the top three luxury magazines in the country, Town & Country, Metro Society and Lifestyle Asia – the very first time that one brand has been able to gather these three magazines for one iconic anniversary cover, supported by billboards all over the Metro.

Another highlight of the event was the presentation of ICanServe and Marie France’s joint project, which aims to show support and love for women who are battling breast cancer. The ICanServe awareness video was conceptualized and created by visual storyteller Jason Magbanua, narrated by Dawn Zulueta-Lagdameo, with the timeless voice of Lea Salonga singing “Save It All” by Marie Hines. Other talents and celebrity endorsers of Marie France and Facial Care Centre also contributed their time to make this project a huge success.

Among the guests were Philippine Star President and CEO Miguel Belmonte, ABS-CBN Publishing President and CEO Ernesto Lopez, Summit Media President Lisa Gokongwei, One Mega Group CEO Sari Yap, and Yes! magazine EIC Jo-Ann Maglipon; along with ICanServe Foundation President Roxanne Singson and ICanServe Foundation Chairperson Elizabeth Verata, Donnie and Crickette Tantoco of the Rustan’s Group of Companies, People Asia’s Joanne Rae Ramirez, Tessa Prieto Valdez, Manila Bulletin’s Arnel Patawaran, restaurateurs Rikki and Beng Dee and Kevin and Rose Anne Belmonte, RJ and Vanessa Ledesma, Jeffrey Ng, Sheila Ramos, Jasen and Jenny Ko, and Larry and Roselen Ocampo and among others.

The party ended with a congratulatory toast to Marie France’s 30 successful years, made possible by the unending support from the people behind the top publications in the country. To celebrate this beautiful partnership, Marie France’s George Siy, Peter Prestige, and Robin Horsman together with Lifestyle Asia‘s Anna Sobrepeña, Metro Society‘s Raul Manzano, Philippine Tatler‘s Mia Borromeo, Town & Country‘s Yvette Fernandez, Philippine Star‘s Millet Mananquil, and Philippine Daily Inquirer‘s Thelma Sioson-San Juan, shared a toast to more years of friendship and success that will continue to transcend time, limits, and expectations.
