PHLPost has printed 200,000 pieces of 8 different frontline heroes featured in the regular stamps to be sold at 12 pesos each. The stamps were designed by in-house graphic artist Rodine Teodoro and feature the iconic artwork depicting our modern day “masked superheroes” in blue to symbolize stability and responsibility. A special 5,000 pieces of the limited collector’s edition of the souvenir stamps with a denomination of P55 each will also be released.

“This postage stamp is our simple way of uplifting and boosting their morale and making them feel that their sacrifices are not left unnoticed”, Postmaster General Joel Otarra explains.

PHLPost has also prioritized the safety of stamp collectors and employees during this difficult time by accepting stamp orders from home and delivered right at the doorstep through its innovative “Stamp on Wheels”.

PHLPost will have a live Facebook event on the date of issuance of the said stamp on July 13 at 2PM.There will be a discussion on the future stamp issues and projects of Pilipinas Philately.
